Rebbee Hill is coming to Malden!

Join us for an unforgettable Shabbat and entertaining Melave Malka, January 25th and 26th, as Rabbi Yehoshua Hill comes to educate, entertain, and inspire.

Friday night Oneg Shabbat – “The Opium of the People – Get High on Life”

Shabbat Luncheon, Beth Israel Glaser Auditorium – ” Gadlus HaAdam – Awaken the Giant Within”

Melave Malka, Beth Israel Glaser Auditorium – Part 1 (for children, parents welcome) – “The Story of Berel and SHmerel in White Hupitzville”. Part 2 (for adults, babysitting available) – “Mission Possible- Making the Most of Everyday Inspirations”. Rabbi Hill uses anecdotes from his father’s life story (Steven Hill of Mission: Impossible and Law & Order), and other human-interest tales, to demonstrate how to identify and capitalize on the inspirations that come up daily.

Bet Midrash Night at Beth Israel Malden

Bet Midrash Night comes to Malden! Rabbi Akiva Posy of the Boston Kollel will lead a Gemara Seder in the shul library with chavruta learning, followed by a shiur on the subject material presented in the chavruta learning.

Date: Wednesday, November 14

Time: Chavruta learning at 8:00 pm, shiur to follow. Maariv will be at 9:00 pm.

Rabbi Posy will bring copies of the Gemara we’ll be using.
