Body & Soul for Women

Join us motzei Shabbat at Beth Israel Malden for either or both of the Body and Soul for Women classes:

  • 7:00-8:00 pm – Torah Class with Rabbi Rabinowitz. Topic: Laws of Netilat Yadayim, washing hands. No charge!
  • 8:00-9:00 pm – Yoga & Pilates with Hadassah Zar. $8 / per person

Ladies and girls above bat mitzvah age welcome. Moms—bring your teen daughters! Teens–bring your mom! (Same wonderful exercise teacher as the class after last week’s Bais Yaakov Shabbaton in Malden)

Beth Israel Malden is conveniently located at 10 Dexter Street in Malden, 20 minutes from Brookline, 30 minutes from Newton. Park in the small parking on the Elm Street side (look for the BIM “smiley” school bus). Please park respectfully to allow maximum usage of the lot. On-street parking on Dexter Street is also available.
