KVH Kosher has been servicing the kashrut needs of the community for many years and strives to bring world class kashrut to the Greater Boston Community at an affordable cost. Food service service is never easy, and our dedicated team ensures that no matter what, restaurants and stores remain open in service of our community.

Recently, the KVH lack of mashgichim has reached a crisis point and recently had to turn down potential clients due to the lack of mashgichim.

KVH Kosher seeks full time, part time, & weekend Mashgichim with familiarity in The Laws of Kashrut. The candidate must be a shomer Torah u’Mitzvot, dedicated, hardworking, and organized person who can assist and guide staff in the proper implementation of KVH Kosher policies and procedures. The individual must also be detail-oriented, self-motivated, a team player with a positive attitude, plus excellent communication and critical thinking skills. Training will be provided.
Excellent opportunity to serve your community and learn the intricacies of a commercial kosher kitchen. The position is open to men and women.
Competitive pay (starting at $20-$24 hourly- dependent on experience) and benefits.

Positions available in the Boston Metro and Sharon regions.

Primary responsibility to maintain KVH kosher standards of operation including but not limited to:

  • – Verification of seals upon arrival
  • – Ensuring Bishul Yisrael
  • – Checking in all products and verification of kosher status
  • – Washing & Checking produce for infestation
  • – Sealing all orders
  • – Sealing all equipment and products prior to closing.
  • – Assisting with general tasks that do not conflict with hashgacha work.
