Dr. David Luchins is the Chair of the Political Science Department at Touro College and was a long-time Senior Advisor to the late Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan of New York. He has served as a National Officer of the Jewish Council for Public Affairs and Senior Vice President of the Orthodox Union, having been a National Vice President since 1976.
